So....the best surprise everrr happened last night when I stepped on the weight watchers scale for the first time since October 2nd. It said I actually lost 1.2lbs!!! WHAT? I was so surprised I made them weigh me twice just to make sure. I still think she mixed up the numbers and 267 was really 276. So next week if I write a post saying I gained 9lbs, you will know why!!!
If this is actually right...that means I have lost a total of 47.4lbs! Yay! Still a long way to go but I will get there eventually.
I really want to head to the gym tonight, but I am hesitant. I am still sick and my back is still killing me. Some of my friends are telling me not to go until I'm 100%, but then others say I can go and just take it easy. I was thinking about going and just working out on the bike to burn some calories. I probably shouldn't lift weights yet just in case that would hurt my back more. I am so anxious to get back in the gym full time and start lifting those weights to gain lean muscle!!!!! I can't wait!
