I'm going to the gym tonight...for the first time since February 5th.
No class, no zumba, no weights.
Just me and the treadmill. Shooting for an hour and Week 1 Day 1 of C25K. If my back hurts...I'll stop running....maybe. Goal is 1 hour, 500 calories. Incline walking and slow running...here we go!!
Sounds like fun! Who needs Zumba anyway - that shit's crazy. Not a fan of weights either, it makes me envision crunching joints and dislocated backs.
